PURPOSE AND SCOPE

To work as a part of the accounts team in the area of revenue accounting, payables, GL, Tax & reporting in a routine manner

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Revenue reconciliation
2. Revenue accounting and GL update
3. Transaction processing
4. AR follow-up
5. Handling expenses and payables
6. GST & Tax reports preparation
7. Preparing reports as assigned by the department  

PERSON’S SPECIFICATION

1. Bachlors degree in accounting & finance background
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
3. Audit experience or/and SAP knowledge would be added advantage
4. Good communication and IT skills with MS excel
5. Must be able to multitask
6. Must be a good team player with focus on excellent time keeping skills
