If customer brings the remote to office, we will check the remote and if it’s faulty customer need to buy a new remote/ we don’t repair remotes.

Technicians will first carry out a survey to see if there is an existing cable laid to your house. If there is an existing cable which is in good condition, installation will be carried out using that cable. However, if; the existing cable is not in right condition or it does not carry the required level of signal for another connection or if there is no existing cable a new cable will be laid to complete installation.

You can do High Definition recordings only on HD channels. Programs on SD channels will be recorded in Digital quality.

Press “Menu” Go to “Channel Manager” Now go to the desired channel and press green button on the remote to select the highlighted channel. Electronic Program Guide or EPG is a feature that allows you to check daily schedule for any given channel from your TV screen. Simply press the EPG button to view the schedule and it also allows you to view program synopsis.

You can record and watch programs later by using the PVR function on your decoder. Press record button on remote control to record the desired program. This feature will allow you to record live TV or even schedule recording.

How to lock channels in IPO-88? --- Step 1 - In order to lock the channels first, parental settings should be changed. Press Menu > Settings > Parental Control. When you go to Parental Control, a window will appear to enter the password. The default password is “0000” or “8899”. In the parent control there will be Service Menu Lock, Parent Lock and Change Password. Change the Menu Lock to “ON” and Parent Lock to “Block All”. Now press the Exit button twice to save the changes. Step 2 - To lock the channels select Menu > Channel Manage. When you go to Channel Manage you will see the channel list, from there select the channel which you want to lock and press the OK button from the remote. When you press the OK button it will show a box with three options (Move, Add to Fav, Lock). Select Lock from the Options, a window will appear to enter the password. When the channel is locked there will be a “lock” icon next the channel indicating the channel is locked. Now press the Exit button, a window will appear asking to save changes. Access to the ‘TVE (Television Everywhere)’ feature requires a Medianet subscription. TVE Basic is available for customers subscribed to Basic Package on their set up box. TVE Family is available for customers subscribed to Family Package on their set up box. TVE Want-it-All is available for customers subscribed to Want-it-All Package on their set up box. To enjoy our VOD Content Library, TVE customers have to subscribe to MS VOD. MS VOD for TVE Customers is available for MVR 100/-. For Want-it-all customers MS VOD is available for MVR 50/- Customers without a Medianet set-top box, will be able to enjoy 30+ channels and VOD by subscribing to MS Combo. MS Combo is available for MVR 150/-

For every new registration, customer will receive a free trial period of 7 Days. After which customers would have to make payment to view the platform.

The Catch-Up programmes will be available until 4 days after the programmes are available on Medianet set-top box. Customers will not be able to watch the programmes beyond the expiry date.
