Business Development Executive

Responsibilities:

  1. Familiarizing with all products and services offered by the company.
  2. Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.
  3. Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
  4. Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
  5. Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.
  6. Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
  7. Equipping staff with the technical and social skills needed to enhance sales.
  8. Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.
  9. Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant
  10. Assist Business Development HOD in all tasks related to the commercial department

Qualifications:

  1. Degree in marketing, business administration, or similar.
  2. Extensive sales experience.
  3. Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behavior.
  4. Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services.
  5. Professional yet affable disposition.
  6. Neat, well-groomed appearance.
  7. Great networking skills.
  8. Excellent written and verbal communication.
  9. Resourceful, with outstanding research skills.
  10. Emboldened by challenges.

Ability to:

  1. - Interpret, apply and explain applicable rules and regulations.
  2. - Understand and carry out technical instructions.
  3. - Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
  4. - Establish and maintain effective working relationships with those contacted in the course of work.
  5. - To understand read general system layouts from blue prints and system maps.
  6. - Knowledge of modern maintenance techniques
  7. - Must be a team player, self-motivated, and possess good communication, technical and public   relation skills.
  8. - Installations should always be completed in a timely, accurate manner and to the highest standards of quality.

Work Conditions:

 

  1. Be able to work on flexible schedule who may be called to attend a task at any time.
  2. Should be able to work extra hours if required.

Salary:

Negotiable based on knowledge and experience.
