What is the difference between Medianet TV and HITS?

Medianet TV is our interactive TV service with live channels, the on-demand Videoclub and viewing on set-top box, Smart TV and mobile.

HITS brings Medianet channels to islands across the Maldives through a Medianet set-top box, supported by a local Business Partner.

Which devices can I watch on?

Medianet + is compatible with iOS, iPadOS, and Android devices, including smartphones and tablets.

How do I change or upgrade my package?

Sign in to MyMedianet or open the Medianet app, choose your account and pick the package or add-on you want. The change is applied to your account once payment is confirmed.

How do I get the Sports add-on?

The Sports add-on can be added to a Medianet TV package from MyMedianet or the Medianet app. It includes the ICE sports channels, with ICE Ultra showing selected matches in 4K UHD.
