1. Entry

* Eligible Packages: The promotion is open to residential individual customers subscribing to or renewing their subscription for the 'Wantitall,' 'Sports addon,' or 'PL4K Pass' during the Promotion Period.

* Entry Mechanism:

     - Every subscription or renewal of 'Wantitall' or 'Sports addon' packages equals one (1) entry into the draw.

     - Every subscription or renewal of the 'PL4K Pass' package equals four (4) entries into the draw.

     - Must be a individual residential customer

     - Medianet staff and immediate family cannot participate in this promotion

 

2. Grand Prize: Match, Travel, and Forfeiture

* Confirmed Grand Prize Match: The trip is currently scheduled to include attendance at the Old Trafford stadium for a Manchester United home game for the Premier League 2025/26 season.

* Reschedule/Cancellation Clause: If the planned match is cancelled or rescheduled outside the initial travel window, Medianet reserves the right to change the travel dates to align with a new match fixture, with the new period to be confirmed later. Grand Prize Alternative (Medianet-Fault Cancellation): In the case that Medianet is unable to execute the trip (e.g., due to match cancellation, travel restrictions), the winner will be provided with a second travel option or a MVR 50,000 cash prize.

* Visa Failure & Cash Prize: If the Grand Prize winner fails to obtain the necessary UK visa approvals by the specified deadline, the winner will not be awarded the MVR 50,000 cash prize as the substitute prize.

* Travel Documentation Deadline: All necessary trip documentations (including but not limited to passport details and visa approval proofs) must be confirmed within 48hrs of winner announcement.

 

3. Winner Notification and Prize Collection

* Grand Winner Announcement: The Grand Prize draw will be conducted on ICE TV. Winners will be announced on Medianet's official social media pages and notified via call and SMS.

* Arranging Collection by Proxy: If a weekly prize winner is unable to collect the prize personally, a second person (proxy) may be arranged. The winner must submit a written letter authorizing the proxy to collect the prize on their behalf, along with necessary identification for both parties.

* Publicity Consent Deadline: The Grand Prize winner must sign the Publicity/Waiver form allowing Medianet to use their likeness for marketing within 48hrs of winner announcement.

 

4. Prize Transfer and Substitution

* Grand Prize Transfer: The Grand Prize winner is permitted to nominate any two (2) people they prefer to travel on their behalf if the winner cannot attend.

 

5. Extension of Promotion Period
* Medianet reserves the right to extend the promotion period beyond the initially stated end date, based on the performance of the promotion.

 

6. Legal Jurisdiction (Mandatory Addition)

* Dispute Resolution and Governing Law: In the event of any dispute regarding these Terms and Conditions, the decision of Medianet shall be final and binding. This promotion is governed by the laws of the Republic of Maldives, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malé, Maldives.
